He showed up on time, was professional, and made sure the work was done right. Most importantly, they left my roof looking great and cleaned everything up when they were finished. I really appreciate the quality of the work and how easy they made the whole process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable roofing company!

We had an outstanding experience working with Brian Teague on our roof replacement, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From the very beginning, Brian was extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated. Our insurance company initially denied our roof claim, but Brian did not simply give up. He carefully reviewed the situation, helped organize the necessary documentation and supporting evidence, and guided us through the appeal process. Thanks in large part to his knowledge and persistence, the appeal was ultimately successful and our roof replacement was approved. During this process, we had many roofing companies come to our house offering free inspections and estimates. Among everyone we met, Brian was by far the most professional and knowledgeable. What really sets him apart is that he not only understands roofing extremely well, but also has an impressive understanding of the insurance claim process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions patiently, and made sure we understood each step of the process. We are extremely satisfied with Brian and the service he provided.

Had a new roof installed 6 years ago by a different company, who failed to properly flash and counter flash all the roof to wall connections, which unfortunately led to some leaking around the roof dormers. The crew at Pinnacle Roofing, Springdale, are absolutely fantastic. When a series of tornados and hailstorms came through the area and wrecked our house, they absolutely went above and beyond to get everything repaired and good as new. In total we contracted them for: all new roof, 3/4ths of the house new siding, a new window, and a new door. The repair crews were quick and clean; you couldn't even tell there had been any work done by the time they finished, everything was pristine and our yard was completely cleaned from debris. The people in the main office, sales team, and project management team all were incredibly kind and responsive, and were always happy to field our questions and concerns. All in all, Pinnacle made things EASY. This was our first home, and our first time needing repairs of this scale; and they took all that stress away and I can't thank them enough.

Pinnacle Roofing did a great job with my vinyl siding that was damaged in a storm. From start to finish, they were great to work with. The first gentleman went above and beyond to help me get a superior product ordered. Then the crew worked quickly and efficiently and were patient when I had questions. I was on a short timeline with insurance deadlines and they worked well to help me within those deadlines.

Given his background in insurance he was able to walk us through the process step by step, and advocated for us to close the gap with the insurance company. Stops by the house whenever needed and supported any questions we had along the way. Guy deserves a vacation as hard as he works! 10/10 would recommend.

Pinnacle Roofing replaced my roof 3 years ago in 2022 after hailstorm. Another hailstorm May 2025. I once again contacted Pinnacle Roofing along with a few other roofing companies. Brad Clark is my contact person at Pinnacle Roofing. He was very prompt with assessment of damage and estimate for roof, gutter & fascia damage. Any questions I had were answered so I could understand. Work was scheduled & the work crews did an excellent job for roof, gutters & fascia. And no cleanup left afterward. Brad Clark did an exceptional job of following up to make sure I was happy with the finished roof. I recommend Pinnacle Roofing & Brad Clark. Great to deal with a local company & knowing who I can contact in the future.

We had an ugly brown trench on the side of the house due to rain run off. All the water was going to ultimately add up to foundation issues. But Travis Harris set up the house with a dependable, nice looking gutter system to take the water away from the house. The yard and house look so much better now. Thank you Travis!

Every employee from top to bottom were of the utmost professionalism. The communication, whether it be questions out of my ignorance or merely about an area of concern during the actual construction process, was very informative and in terms I could understand. They were open to any and all questions. When you deal with different entities of the construction process - roofers, carpenters, gutter guys, chimney flashing repair guys - our crew did it all.
